Kids Fitness

With all the current government and media concerns about young people’s health, weight and general fitness, Kate decided to start Advantage Fitness for Kids!

It was created to help motivate children and young adults in keeping active and advising them on the importance of exercise, with an aim to for them develop a lifelong love of health and fitness.

Sessions are designed so they are age appropriate, combining FUNctional movements while helping to improve your child’s co-ordination, aerobic fitness, agility and strength. All building a solid athletic foundation. 

The Fitness sessions are fun and engaging, helping to build confidence, self-esteem and team work, all within a safe environment
