Beautiful Newstead Abbey Dash with Advantage Fitness

Well done to all those that took part in the Newstead Abbey 5k Dash on the 25th July. Kate Young and the Advantage Fitness team meet lots of new friendly faces, whilst running through the beautiful rounds of the Abbey and around the lake.
