Schools Personal Fitness Training and Tennis Coaching
Advantage Fitness offers both Personal Fitness Training & Tennis Coaching within the school environment, whether it be during a school day or as an after school extra curricular activity. Schools give most children their first experience of fitness and sport. Fitness Training and Tennis can be played by all ages and abilities and develops valuable social and life skills. Advantage Fitness offers training and coaching for groups and individuals.
At Advantage Fitness we offer Tennis Coaching sessions which are tailored to your requirements and fitness levels. Tennis Coaching sessions will help and encourage you to achieve your goals, whether it is to get fit, improve performance in a specific area including tactical, technical, physical or mental or just to help you grove some shots to improve your club Tennis.
