Advantage Fitness was set up to provide professional Personal Fitness Training and Tennis Coaching for all ages and abilities.
Personal Fitness Trainer
Kate has over 10 years of personal fitness training experience, working with individuals on a one to one basis and small groups within schools, working with a variety of age groups to improve their personal fitness and achieve their goals. She is a qualified Advanced Personal Fitness Instructor REPS (level 3) and holds a specialist qualification in Exercise and Physical Activity for Children.
Kate has had the privilege of assisiting with the Wimbledon Junior Tennis Initiative. She has represented various clubs around London & Surrey and played in many county league matches, winning a number of events both in singles and doubles. Kate has been fortunate to have benefited from the best of both British and Spanish methods of Tennis coaching & has over 15 years' experience of teaching both within Tennis Clubs and Schools. Kate qualified as an LTA Tennis Assistant at the age of 17, she then went on to complete her DCA (Development Coach Award) qualification shortly after this, Kate is now a Level 3 LTA Qualified & Licensed Club Coach.
