About Advantage Fitness
I’m Kate Young and I Started Advantage Fitness in 2014. I have been working in the Health and Fitness industry for over 12 years. I hold a REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) Level 3 Advanced Fitness instruction qualification. I am also qualified to undertake Exercise and Physical Activity for Children.
My career started with my love and passion for Tennis, Health and Fitness. I first gained my Tennis coaching qualifications and then shortly after became a fully qualified Personal Fitness Trainer.
I enjoy working with individuals, helping them to achieve their goals (no matter how big or small). I have experience of working with a diverse range of ages and abilities.
